The Sculpture Project

Public Art in Westerville Spaces: The Sculpture Project is an initiative that was started in 2012. The Westerville Parks and Recreation Department and the Arts Council of Westerville, Inc. have partnered with the Midwest Sculpture Initiative (MSI) to provide a seven piece outdoor sculpture exhibition throughout Westerville.

The Westerville Public Library is a participant.

For more information, visit City of Westerville.

Community Exhibits

The library offers wall space and display cases to showcase your unique collection. These spaces are available to the community to showcase exhibits of cultural, civic or educational interest. Reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, each collection is displayed in the selected space for one month. The name of the organization or individual will be included in the display.

Carleton Watkins Exhibit

In 1973, when the former Anti-Saloon League headquarters building was donated to the Westerville Public Library, workers found a leather-bound volume of 62 vintage Carleton Watkins photographs. This portfolio is now owned by the Westerville Library and kept in the archives of the Ohio Historical Society.

Images from the collection are currently hanging on the second floor of the Westerville Public Library. Learn more.
