Greetings Friends!
Since the bylaws of the Friends of the Westerville Public Library have not been updated since 1995 the trustees of the Friends thought that we should review them and make a couple proposed changes. Below are copies of the current bylaws followed by a proposed revision. The trustees are requesting members of the Friends to ratify the revisions at our annual meeting on April 1, 2008.
