I need help using the computer. What should I do?

Staff will provide limited remote assistance. In order to do that, your computer will be accessible and visible to staff at all times during your session. Staff will not be able to provide assistance with your personal laptop or device.

Why aren’t all of the computers available?

Our top priority remains the community’s health and safety as we plan for a responsible restart to operations. Recommendations from government officials, local authorities, and health departments related to COVID-19 continue to guide our decisions.

This second phase features contact-less service. Limited access allows time for library staff to disinfect common areas. Library staff will also stagger shifts, wear face coverings, maintain social distancing, wash hands, and perform daily symptom assessments.

I don't have a library card. How do I get one?

Fill out this online form. Then we'll contact you within 72 hours with your new library card number.

What else should I know?

No access to the main library building, collections, or advanced options such as Apple computers, scanning, or faxing will be available at this time.

When will the library building reopen?

Our top priority remains the community’s health and safety as we plan for a responsible restart to operations. Recommendations from government officials, local authorities, and health departments related to COVID-19 will continue to guide our decisions over the coming weeks and months. As we know more, we will keep you updated via our website and social media accounts.
